We are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager for a mid-market boutique firm in London, focusing on their Corporate Finance team.
The role involves assisting with Financial Due Diligence projects, preparing presentations, and working on turnaround and restructuring mandates.
Candidates should have experience in Transaction Services and be motivated to enhance their advisory skills.
A Chartered Accountant qualification or relevant work experience is required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

We have partnered with a mid-market boutique firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Finance Assistant Manager to operate within their Corporate Finance team.

As a Finance Assistant Manager you will help the team in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting on Financial Due Diligence projects
Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations
Working on turnaround and restructuring mandates
Critical cash flow analysis

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant and / or relevant work experience
Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
Motivated to work in the CF space
