Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial plans align with business objectives.Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:

Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Support decision-making through detailed performance reporting and variance analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment and understanding.

The successful Finance Business Partner will need:

A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
A proactive and adaptable approach to managing a fast-paced environment.
