This exciting role is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract and provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial plans align with business objectives.Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will include:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Support decision-making through detailed performance reporting and variance analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment and understanding.
The successful Finance Business Partner will need:
  • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing a fast-paced environment.
