LHH are delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG brand to recruit for a finance business partner on a temporary to permanent basis.

FTC for 6 months up to 70K + retention bonus

Location - Central London (5 days per week in the office)

This role will act as a key player in supporting and driving the financial performance of our sales teams. Based in London office and reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, this role offers the chance to provide strategic and business partnering support to our sales teams and other parts of the organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments such as marketing, operations, and customer services, ensuring our financial strategies align with overall business goals.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to improve decision-making and forecasting.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and strategic guidance to sales directors and senior management, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual commercial forecast / budgets for sales areas.
  • Partner with Regional Sales teams to support the achievement of sales targets by providing financial performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual commercial forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide regular financial reports and strategic advice to sales directors and senior management, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Analyse promotional effectiveness and provide financial insights.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance financial performance.
  • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Advise on cost savings and management strategies.
  • Streamline and automate financial models and processes.
