Finance Business Partner | Rapidly Scaling Online Marketplace | Hybrid London

The ClientHarmonic are excited to collaborate with an innovative and rapidly growing Online Marketplace platform in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join the team. With an impressive annual revenue of circa £80 million and a dedicated team of over 400 employees, the business has created a substantial name for themselves. Backed by industry leading investors, their cutting-edge platform is pushing the boundaries of their sector and is renowned across the UK and Europe, leading to exponential growth in recent years, with this upward trajectory projected to continue.Based out of their vibrant Central London office with the option for hybrid working you'll be joining a dynamic scale-up environment surrounded by a team of smart and passionate people that are excited by the opportunity for growth both personally and professionally as they aim to build the next Tech success story.

The Role:Reporting to the Financial Controller, as Finance Business Partner you will be play a key role in developing relationships with non-finance stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities:* Prepare business partnering reports and conduct in-depth cost analysis.* Partner with departmental executives to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise financial performance.* Manage opex cost trackers, renewals, and cost management.* Communicate and interpret financial data to non-financial managers.* Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and yearly financial accounts, including reconciliations and journal entries.* Calculate and reconcile intercompany recharges and invoices.* Submit financial data for international requirements on time.* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.* Coach junior team members to develop their accountancy skills.

Requirements:* Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).* Experience in a startup/scaleup or growing SME environment* Good commercial acumen and experience collaborating with non-finance stakeholders* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.* Ability to work under pressure under tight and competing deadlines.* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and commercial mindset.
