This recognisable, prestigious UK charity are working with Robertson Bell in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for looking after its own portfolio of cost centres within one of the most critical and complex directorates within the charity. The key duties of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

  • Host monthly financial performance review meetings with all of your key stakeholders, challenging over and underspends as required.
  • Act as the finance subject matter expert for your entities, providing sound analysis and advice to guide decision making.
  • Take the lead in the annual budget setting process, working with key stakeholders to understand their visions for the following year.
  • Full responsibility for producing the monthly management accounts for each area under your remit, following up with supporting variance analysis and commentaries.
  • Conduct training sessions for your budget holders as required as a means of enhancing financial capacity and understanding.
