Finance Business Partner - Energy Sector

Location: City of LondonSalary: Up to £75,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + additional benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading Energy Company based in the City of London. This role offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including a discretionary bonus, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to influence decision-making.
  • Provide business partnering support, helping to drive commercial performance.
  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends, enabling quick, effective problem-solving.
  • Contribute to FP&A activities, supporting the broader finance team and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Forecasting Experience: Proven track record in delivering accurate financial forecasts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business Partnering: Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to tackle challenges at pace and deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Confident and able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
  • FP&A Experience: Strong financial planning and analysis skills are essential.

Industry experience within the energy sector or a similar industry is advantageous.
