An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join a dynamic team within a leading company in the Outsourcing/Facilities Management sector. This is a 3-6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension up to 12 months, to support a critical SAP-to-Dynamics 365 transition.

The Role:As an FBP, you will play a key role in helping the client through a systems transition, seconding team members into the programme and ensuring business continuity by backfilling critical positions. The position also includes 3 months of post-transition support, starting from February 1st.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Business as Usual (BAU) journals and ensure smooth operations during the transition.
• Provide commercial analysis and operational support to centralized teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective systems migration from SAP to Dynamics 365.
• Act as a financial partner across departments, maintaining financial oversight during the transition period.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within the Outsourcing or Facilities Management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (or Dynamics 365 as an alternative).
• Expertise in managing BAU journals, commercial analysis, and providing operational support during times of change.
• Qualified finance professional with hands-on experience in systems transition.
• Immediate availability is essential.

Contract Details:

• Competitive day rate between £400 - £500/day.
• Client is based in the City of London.
• Initial contract for 3-6 months, with potential to extend up to 12 months depending on business needs.
