As Finance Business Partner to the Operations and Asset Management teams, you will combine FP&A and business partnering skills to help manage and drive the cost base for this growing international PE backed SME with duties including:

  • Overseeing/contributing to the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting costs
  • Prepare monthly insightful performance reporting and present to the relevant key stakeholders
  • Identify key cost drivers and determine actionable levers to optimise financial performance
  • Work with Business Development on new projects to ensure operational costs are realistic and alternatives evaluated
  • Support ongoing projects to identify and analyse on potential cost savings opportunities

You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA and have strong experience within FP&A and business partnering roles. You will have demonstrable strong stakeholder management skills having the ability to influence and challenge.

Although not essential, it will be advantageous if you have experience working within a multi-site business such as construction or facilities management and a global business.

The company offers hybrid working, realistically 1 day in the central London office per week.
