Goodman Masson are partnered with a well renowned UK charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner.
Working alongside various areas of the organisation, you will provide support in achieving financial and strategic objectives through the provision of high-quality financial management and advice.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Business Partner with senior leaders and budget holders to provide expert financial advise
- Work with senior management team to produce budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial information and reports to various teams for budget setting and forecasting
- Consolidate budget and forecast results as well as reviewing and challenging results with budget holders
- Support business areas with month end and year end processes
- Prepare written commentary for management accounts, including variance analysis
- Develop reporting and commentary on key performance issues
Essentials:
- CCAB Qualified Accountant or minimum exam qualified
- Ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences
- Experience across management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Salary is 50,000 - 52,000 Depending on Experience.
