One of the UK's largest membership organisations, who support hundreds of thousands of professionals in their field throughout their careers, is looking for an ambitious, outgoing Finance Business Partner to join their team! Having gone through a recent period of change and improvement, the organisation is looking to bring on board an engaging, outward-facing Finance Business Partner who'll support a range of key stakeholders.

As Finance Business Partner your main responsibilities will include:

  • Business Partnering: Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, preparing consolidated management accounts, and preparing other financial reports for the charity and its commercial subsidiaries
  • Annual budget preparation: providing analyses for review to ensure an accurate and reliable budget is built for submission to the group
  • System Support: Provide system support and identify process improvements

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong financial and analytical skills, with proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner to a range of stakeholders
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Be familiar with charity accounting, ideally in a group setting
