- Acting as a trusted financial adviser to non-finance stakeholders, providing clarity on financial performance and supporting strategic decisions
- Preparing detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Leading financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and funder requirements
- Supporting grant management, including reporting and financial compliance
- Delivering financial insights to improve operational efficiency and cost control
- Supporting the year-end process, including audit preparation and statutory reporting
- Professionally qualified accountant or finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in business partnering within the not-for-profit or public sector
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly proficient in financial systems and Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets and deliver clear analysis
