We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking a dynamic Financial Performance Manager. In this role, you will drive financial performance and support the delivery of ambitious growth plans across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, providing critical insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.
In this exciting new role, your duties day to day may include:
- Drive financial performance improvements and support the delivery of growth plans
- Monitor budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and manage costs effectively
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and appraise investments
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop accurate forecasts and trading assumptions
- Ensure financial processes are embedded, reducing risks and enhancing reporting accuracy
- Support investment appraisals and post-investment reviews
We are looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Experience in the financial sector
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
