A market-leading infrastructure business are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team based in Central London.

As a Finance Business Partner you will partner with commercial teams and provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions. This role will act as the liaison between finance and operational teams, providing financial guidance, identifying opportunities for improving financial performance, and driving profitability.

Reponsibilities include;

  • Partnering with key business leaders to develop and execute strategic and financial plans, providing accurate and timely financial analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyse KPI's, providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and cost savings.
  • Proactivity indentify process improvements and enhance financial and operational reporting.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports, models, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

The ideal candidate;

  • Qualified accountant - ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Experience in finance, business partnering, or related roles whilst in an accountancy practice or industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
  • Experience in the infrastructure sector or with similar clients in practice.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
