About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial support and guidance to a key Business Line within the organisation. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives, promoting growth and ensuring strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis, delivering insights on performance and P&L trends.
- Manage annual budgets, variance analysis, forecasts, and Board reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives, including business plans, pricing bids, and profitability assessments.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key drivers and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate month end close processes and compliance with company policies.
- Build transparency and accountability through robust financial frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Significant experience in business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical problem solving skills.
- Experience supporting growing organisations and bridging the gap between Finance and Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey complex information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality results under pressure.
