Goodman Masson are partnered with The Royal Parks to recruit for a Finance Business Partner.

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. They manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James's Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.The Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be key for the department and forms a central part of TRP's finance business partnering team, as well as being a member of the Finance Senior Leadership Team.

You will work with TRP's Estates & Projects and Corporate Services directorates, building partnerships with key stakeholders to influence and support both strategic and operational business decisions. You will be instrumental in the production of key management information including project reporting, the preparation of the annual budget, forecast updates and monthly management accounts. You will be a qualified accountant, with experience of supporting the delivery of large projects. You will be able to evaluate data and communicate information effectively

Essentials:

  • Fully qualified accountant with experience across the charity or not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience of dealing with all levels of organisation, up to senior leadership team/board level.
  • Experience of reviewing complex financial data and presenting in way that draws insight and adds value to non-finance staff.
  • Advanced Excel

Salary range is £60,000 - £63,500 (Depending on Experience) + Excellent Benefits:

  • up to 10% Employer pension contributions
  • 26 days holiday + bank holiday (increasing to 29 days after 3 year's service

The role is base in Hyde Park with hybrid working on offer.
