Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a progressive public sector organisation to recruit for a Finance Business Partner. In this role you will be managing a variety of different responsibilities, including leading on the budget setting for a sect of the organisation and liaising with numerous senior stakeholders.

In this Finance Business Partnering position, you will:

  • Set and lead on a substantial budget, making sure that all financial information is efficiently given to stakeholders.
  • Manage a wide portfolio of senior stakeholders, having the ability to challenge and push back where necessary, having your opinion heard.
  • Maintaining efficiency within the forecasting process, ensuring everything runs smoothly within this remit.
  • Have the capacity to add value to the wider finance team through upcoming projects.

Based in Central London, the successful candidate will enjoy a great working culture, in addition to a hybrid work setting, in which you will come into the office two or three times per week.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong business partnering experience, being able to hit the ground running and take ownership within this newly established role.
  • High quality communication skills to interact with stakeholders, having the skills to push back and challenge when necessary.
  • At least a part qualified status within a financial qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • An approachable and friendly demeanour to mix well with the progressive and vibrant workplace that’s been established.
