Key Responsibilities:
? Business Partnering: Support different teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.? Stakeholder Engagement: Explain complex financial data in a clear, impactful way to influence decision-making.? Month-End & Financial Modelling: Support financial reporting and provide insightful analysis to drive performance.? Internal Audit Projects: Work on implementing recommendations from internal audits to enhance financial governance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
? Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3-4 years post-qualification experience.? Exceptional Communication & Influence: Ability to build trust with senior non-finance stakeholders.? Adaptability: Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
