Finance Business Partner

Central London based - hybrid working offered (3 office: 2 home)

Butler Rose is delighted to be working with a recognised business with a global footprint, who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Central London team. As they continue to grow and expand internationally, they are looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to be an essential link between finance and the wider business to support and contribute to financial success. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial and financial insight to support key decision-making across the business. You will work closely with the wider business units, in a project capacity, to oversee business performance ensuring technical accounting processes and deadlines are met therefore helping drive profitability and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business units and finance to deliver financial insights that drive business performance. - Provide financial analysis and commercial support - Lead budgeting and forecasting process in a project/contract focused environment- Support strategic decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations- Monitor financial performance, carrying out WIP reviews, month end and project reporting- Collaborate with domestic and international finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance - Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and revenue maximisationKey Requirements

- Experience within a project/contract driven environment (infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or related)- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) desirable - applications will be considered by those qualified by experience with a finance or related degree qualification. - Experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills as well as as a good background in management accounting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders. - Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strategic mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentThis role is offered with a competitive salary and bonus structure as well as a flexible working environment, with a mix of office-based and remote working.If you are a commercially savvy finance professional looking to make an impact in a globally recognised construction business, we would love to hear from you!
