Our client is a high-growth startup seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team in London! This role offers an attractive salary range of £65,000-£75,000 and the opportunity to go on a fantastic journey with the business, and work with some of the best people within the MedTech market. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial and group reporting activities, contributing to business decision-making, and managing relationships with stakeholders globally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong technical accounting knowledge and corporate experience with an understanding of a start-up model.
What you'll do:

Support financial and group reporting activities.

Contribute to the quarterly period close process.

Collaborate on improving monthly financial reporting processes.

Assist with quarterly and annual audits.

Help prepare annual financial statements.

Gain a full understanding of recharges, fixed assets, warranty, leases, and inventory processes.

Collaborate with outsourced accounting providers to enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPI monitoring.

Support timely achievement of business and financial targets.

Provide financial insights and analysis to senior business leaders.

Manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders globally.
What you bring:

Corporate experience with an understanding of a start-up model.

Strong technical accounting knowledge.

Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modelling.

Knowledge of audits and tax regulations.
-
Experience in J-SOX controls would be advantageous.

Experience in a start-up environment would be beneficial.

Knowledge of Xero would be considered as an asset.
