This reputable not-for-profit organisation is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with budget holders and engage in meaningful finance projects. The key duties of this Finance Business Partner are as follows:

  • Act as a finance subject matter expert across your allocated departments, providing insights through management packs and variance analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Provide critical support a rolling three-year financial planning process to enable effective future overhead management.
  • Engage in annual budget setting, providing insights and financial management support to stakeholders across departments.
  • Participate in finance projects, like process improvements, systems upgrades, or supporting specialised initiatives as they arise.
  • Hold critical oversight of the month end management accounts process, reviewing the work of the team and collating the data into a comprehensive management information pack for the leadership team to review.
