Description
- Provide expert financial advice to the business
- Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform cost and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance
- Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline finance procedures
- Engage with stakeholders to understand financial needs
- Support business growth by identifying financial risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience in a similar role, focusing on P&L analysis as well as cost management
- Assist with budgeting and planning across the business
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Assist with project work to support non-finance teams
