Job title: Finance Business Partner

We are currently partnered with a defence company who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Governance and Control team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone transitioning from Assurance, Internal Audit, or External Audit into industry.
You will:
- Support senior leaders in presenting financial governance and control insights across the Maritime and Land sectors.
- Assist in resolving end-to-end process issues for business and functional stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality insights into control activities.
- Promote and integrate the Financial Control Framework (FCF) into the finance function.
- Contribute governance insights to business reports and strengthen common activities across UK sectors.
- Liaise across the finance function, reviewing and challenging data to ensure accuracy.
You will need:
- Strong understanding of effective financial control principles.
- Familiarity with the three lines of assurance model within finance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to offer valuable insights to leaders.
- Fully qualified in finance (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
