We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing team as they look to continue their growth into 2025. A global leader in their market, this is an exciting, people focused business with scope for growth within the role and the wider organisation. About your role: - Deliver ongoing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, providing commercial profitability and effective management of business overheads - Analysis and communication of potential financial opportunities and risks, delivering timely and accurate reporting for transparent decision-making - Working closely with key commercial stakeholders in the preparation and execution of action plans to sustainably improve UK business performance, both short and medium term - Actively participate in sales and operational planning processes, providing key financial analysis and challenging outcomes to drive better results - Manage financial aspects of rebates and credit management, working closely with shared services and the wider Group finance team - Monitor, challenge and drive commercial performance, undertaking ad-hoc financial analysis and advising on key negotiations for material decisions- Prepare management information in alignment with all stakeholders, ensuring that decisions are undertaken as a result of accurate, timely, and relevant financial information - Act as the key contact for external auditors, Shared Service Centres, and Internal ControlsAbout you: - Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). - Proven track record ideally within an international, multi-cultural group structure. - Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business acumen skill-sets. - Experience with ERP systems (Ideally SAP)
