Venn Group have been exclusively engaged on a search for an Interim Finance Business Partner. The role is based in South West London (2 days per week on-site) and has been signed off for an initial 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. Our client is seeking a qualified candidate (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred, QBE will also be considered) who has a strong history in Management Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a Finance subject matter expert, partnering with Department Heads to articulate key financial needs and risks, while providing constructive challenges and sharing insights to drive performance.
  • Develop and implement financial models to appraise business and customer streams, informing strategic decisions
  • Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring data integrity and identifying key risks
  • Drive improvements in Finance processes, implementing process changes to enhance team performance
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of 3 Management Accountants

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant, with a whole and full understanding/experience of Management Accounts
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Comprehensive team leadership/management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across departments
