Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking to recruit a Manager for a Cost Finance Business Partnering team for a reputable company with offices in London. Through the delivery of insight and complex analysis the Manager - Finance Business Partner is responsible for significantly impacting several areas of this business.
Some of the key deliverables include:
- You’ll lead your team in providing reporting of costs for several areas, with a combined budget of around £400m.
- You’ll oversee the annual business planning process liaising with other finance teams to ensure an effective and efficient process.
- You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with the Senior Business Leaders that you support.
The successful candidate must be:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is highly numerate and analytical
- Previous experience leading a Finance Business Partnering team.
- Experience of managing technology costs is advantage, as is systems implementation.
- In return for your knowledge and experience you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package.
For your experience and qualifications, you’ll receive a base salary of £70-£90,000, plus 10% bonus and generous benefits.
