Finance Change Lead

Urgent requirement for a Change Lead with experience in Finance Integration projects/programmes to work for a leading Insurance company.Duration 6 Months

Location: London - 2 days a week

IR35 Status: OutsideKey Skills:

  • Qualifies/part/qualified or extensive experience within finance
  • General insurance experience
  • Change management/transformation experience ideally in finance integration projects/programmes
  • Any Part VII experience would be highly advantageous

Accountable/Responsible:

  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives and accountable for ensuring that they are planned, implemented
  • To Lead activity with internal specialists & SMEs across Finance Production & Control, Actuarial, Tax, FP&A, Capital management & Re-insurance to incept controlled change within finance Ownership of the complete Initiative performance, ensuring delivery will meet the desired outcomes
  • To control the degree of change and ensure that all change is aligned to the Finance strategy Overall Leadership of the change within the specific area, ensuring appropriate change is agreed, prioritised, the right approach to delivery is selected and the right decisions are chosen to produce the desired outcome
  • Supporting Head of Inbound Change to ensure change timelines and priorities are optimal
  • Accountable for identifying, monitoring and mitigating / resolving or escalating project risks and issues
  • Day to day workstream management ensuring that the workstream operates within appropriate Programme standards and framework governance.
  • Effective communication across technology, change business and run business in respect of initiative both internally within the company and externally if applicable
  • Evaluates the change impact and ensures all impacted processes still align with our internal risk framework and external regulatory reporting standards
  • Confirms change outcomes are aligned and not conflicted with other Initiatives or change within Finance
  • Bridge between change and operations - Ensuring business readiness, acceptance and implementation into 'run/bau' is all effective and adequate
