This sort of role does not come around often and I couldn't be happier to be working with our new Client. Acting as Finance Director for a management company with diverse holdings across multiple industries, this is a role that will need someone with broad finance experience who can manage complex accounts and is looking to work for a stand out organisation.

The pro rata'd salary is £60k - £70k for 2 - 3 days work per week and this is a Board level position. Flexibility is key as given the nature of the role you may be slightly busier during certain times of the month.

Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, or property sectors, particularly someone who has successfully navigated a transaction process.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical accounting knowledge is essential to effectively manage and oversee complex financial matters. Knowledge of IFRS or FRS is desirable.

Outsourced Accounting Management: Proven experience in managing outsourced accounting services, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Regulatory Navigation: Ability to navigate complex financial and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions is non-negotiable.

Tax Experience: A solid understanding of tax regulations and implications is a must.

Relationship management: Key relationships include the outsourced UK based accounts team, Head Office, Landlord, Directors and Suppliers and Contractors

Experience: Must be a qualified accountant with longevity of 4 years plus in their last 3 roles.
