SRG is seeking a Finance Director with 25+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within large multinational companies for a substantial manufacturing group headquartered in the UK. This role offers a competitive remuneration package and involves regular meetings in London and various European locations. This interim/permanent position requires ACA qualification, a strong manufacturing background, hands-on experience preparing consolidated group accounts, and high-level expertise in managing banking and trade credit insurance relationships in the UK and multiple European jurisdictions. Applicants requiring or currently working on a VISA in the UK will not be considered for this position.

What You Will Be Doing
• Representing the group in high-level meetings with UK and European banks and trade credit insurers.• Leading and managing a large group accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the board.• Hands-on preparation of consolidated group accounts.• Contributing to strategic discussions with the board.• Overseeing financial initiatives to support the group's goals.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
• ACA qualified.• 25+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within large multinational manufacturing companies.• Strong background in managing banking and trade credit insurance relationships in multiple UK and European jurisdictions.• Proven track record of managing and heading a large group accounting function, including hands-on experience preparing consolidated group accounts• Experience in reporting to the board.• Ability to handle complex financial issues with calm rationality and strategic insight.• Ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group.
