Our client a rapidly expanding Healthcare business with a number of sites across the UK are looking for an FD to support their CFO with continued expansion. With their head office based in Finchley, the FD will have overall responsibility for the Finance Dept and could suit an FC looking to make their first step up.
- Managing Finance Team of 15 with 4 direct reports.
- Responsible for the Production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Analysing & Developing M & A Strategy
- Responsible for Financial Modelling of all sites and potential acquisitions.
- Dealing with Professional Advisors / Auditors
The role would suit a Qualified Accountant looking to step up in an FD role
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Strong Excel / Modelling skills
- Role will initially be 5 days a week in Finchley office
