You'll be joining at a thrilling time with numerous upcoming projects, all within a small, vibrant office and a collaborative team.Your new roleIn this role, you will lead the Finance Team, engaging in day-to-day reporting, directly reporting to the Founders, and supporting their strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the Group's successes on both a financial and non-financial partnering level, developing relationships with investors to assist with fundraising, and ensuring adherence to financial processes and controls. You will also maintain the accuracy and completeness of the finance system and ledger for precise financial reporting.Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining financial strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Creating, implementing, monitoring, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Getting stuck in with the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial reports.
- Leading fundraising efforts and maintaining relationships with lenders and financial partners.
- Planning and managing growth and investment strategies through financial models.
- Collaborating with Co-Founders and department heads on strategic and operational plans.
- Overseeing all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and contract monitoring.

- A professional accountancy such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- 10 years PQE - ideally with experience in multi-site or asset management
- Experience in leading strategic objectives, and fundraising (equity and/or debt)
- Experience in a PE-backed environment
- Experience in scaling-up, rapid growth businesses
- Financial modelling skills highly desirable
- Hands-on and willing to roll-up his/her sleeves
- Leading and developing the finance team
