Broster Buchanan are partnering with a medium sized, high growth Services business to appoint a Finance Director to be based in their head office in Central London. Hybrid working is offered 2/3 days per week. Reporting directly to the CFO and a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting company strategy whilst ensuring robust financial governance. Key responsibilities will include:

Lead and develop a high performing finance team
Responsible for timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Support the Executive Board with strategic planning and insight.
Responsible for financial governance and compliance
Engage effectively with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors and banks

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA qualified with a wealth of leadership and reporting experience in a similar sized business. My client is looking for a confident and effective communicator with strong analytical, systems and problem-solving skills.
