Finance Director London Build to Rent £175,000 plus bonus
My client is a relatively new operator in the sector but has so far built 600 quality homes which are now fully let.
Their ambition is to triple this number across the UK.
Up to this point the finance function has been outsourced, but now that the scale has been achieved the decision has been made to bring the function in house and appoint an FD and finance team.
It is essential that interested parties come from a Real Estate or B2R background. While functions can be brought across from the accountants, then someone without sector knowledge might flounder as there are no inherited systems and processes. The new FD would also be active in the construction and purchase of new units so again sector experience is key.
This role is not suitable for people looking for hybrid working. It’s a management role and this wont be accomplished from home effectively.
