As a consequence of growth, they require an experienced Finance Manager to join their successful finance team. Lead, mentor and support a team of qualified accountants, review and oversight, to assist with reviewing the monthly books and records, performing accounting analysis and management reporting, and assisting with the local audit and regulatory & indirect tax filings, specific responsibilities for month-end of European management entities, assist in financial statement preparation, support local audits, review of VAT filings and other tax matters, managing relationships with external advisors, analysing key expense drivers, work with the wider business to identify areas for optimisation and improved efficiency, liaise with senior stakeholders within HR, legal, and tax departments, assist with EMEA Finance projects and process improvements and prepare internal management reporting as well as other local filings.What you'll need to succeed

Candidates must have a strong academic background combined with a substantial PQE 1st time to pass ACA, having trained in the Big 4 or top 10, with a minimum of several years' investment management/financial services experience, managing small teams with a track record of progression, technically strong knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and some regulatory reporting requirements, excellent analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to multitask as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment, a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and client service skills.What you'll get in return
