  • Assist with billing at month end and on an ad hoc basis; preparation and tracking of receivables reports.
  • Monthly posting of transactions on QuickBooks, quarterly VAT filing with HMRC on QuickBooks and confirming to partners the VAT.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Liaising/Corresponding with the accountant - for preparing and finalising final accounts/liaising with accountants queries.
  • Record keeping of source documents.
  • Month end meeting with managing partner to go through all the numbers.
  • Payroll, including computing the monthly payments to HMRC of employer and employee National Insurance and tax deducted.
  • Related ad hoc task as directed by the managing partner.
