Finance Manager - SaaS - PE Backed - Start-up

Talentedge are currently working alongside an early stage, SaaS start-up on the recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their rapidly growing organisation. The Founders and Senior management team are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable SaaS experts and are looking to use their experience and funding to compete with more established businesses within their marketplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Running day to day finance operation
- Closely supporting senior management team with commercial finance and FP&A
- Continuously looking to improve processes, systems and streamline the existing finance function
- Ensure accurate and timely Month end process and financial reporting
- Partner with other operational departments to report on SaaS KPI's/Metrics
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with sound technical knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-growing start-up
- SaaS experience beneficial but not necesairy
- Ambitious, creative and collaborative mindset
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
