Finance Manager - SaaS startup

£60,000/70,000 + Bens
Talentedge are currently working alongside a mobile software start up which has been running for 5 years. This is a newly created role within their finance team which is experiencing continued growth and expansion. With international offices (London/San Francisco), they plan to double headcount to over 100 within the next 12 months and backing from Tier 1 International VC’s, this is an incredibly exciting time to join.
Working very closely with an impressive and experienced CFO, you will be the second finance hire, and the role will be taking responsibility of the finance function. This role is an all-encompassing role which will give the selected candidate the chance to build out the wider finance function as well as implementing processes and procedures, with a company-wide remit.
Finance:
- Support CFO on budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Build scalable processes and controls
- Preparation of monthly board packs, including Management accounts and commentaries
- Transactional finance (AP/AR/Credit Control etc.), automating the processes using technology when possible
- Manage employee contracts, payroll and pension scheme
Profile:
- Qualified accountant with relevant PQE from within a high growth startup/ scaleup
- Ambitious and progressive in nature
- Experience with Xero beneficial
