Finance Manager | Series A Consumer Tech Start-up

London | Hybrid

Salary £70,000 - £75,000 + Equity

TalentEdge are working with a rapidly growing ConsumerTech Start up to secure an excellent Finance Manager.

The business has seen impressive double digit growth over the past year and are looking to expand their offering internationally, establishing themselves a leading player in their field.

Mentored by an excellent Finance Director, an expert within the sector, this is an incredibly high profile role where you will be exposed to the impressive Founders & VC firms.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant, with 2-3 years post qualification. You will have attuned attention for detail whilst being able to work to tight deadlines, be a confident communicator and a proven team player.

The core duties will include:

  • Providing essential support to the Finance Director
  • Ownership of Month end and audit process
  • Overseeing cashflow, debt collection management
  • Ensuring full compliance with reporting standards
  • Accurate annual/monthly reporting
  • Continuous streamlining of all operations and accounting systems to maximise efficiency

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant 
  • 2+ years of post qualified experience in a relevant role
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication when dealing with key stakeholders
  • Confident ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of management accounting principles
  • Proficient in relevant accounting software, preferably Netsuite
