- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage payroll processes, including payroll reconciliations and year-end activities.
- Optimise cash flow by monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming or technology industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NAV, Cognos) and advanced Excel skills
