Handle Recruitment are working alongside an internationally renowned Creative Agency in the recruitment for a UK Finance Manager. This newly created position will be responsible for producing the accounts for the UK entity of the business and work closely with senior business figures in driving the business forward in this new generation of growth.
Suitable for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) this position will be pivotal in providing key information for company leaders to make strategic business decisions.
The duties will be responsible for but not limited to the below:
- You will be responsible for shaping and managing budgeting, forecasting and cash planning
- Directly partnering with the account management teams to follow best practice financial rigor and forecasting to drive transparency for senior management
- Prepare and monitor short and medium-term liquidity planning continuously improving and optimising liquidity management.
- Payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
- Ensure monthly and annual reporting is prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team.
- Commercial analysis drive efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately growth in the organisation.
- Oversea financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance.
This is a fantastic newly created position for a strong accountant with a passion for the sector. You will be a qualified accountant experienced within the media and entertainment sector and be ready to head up the finance function in the London Office.
Being a strong communicator the successful candidate will have a commercial mindset as well be happy to be hands on to get stuck in! Experience of working with German financial team would be advantageous.
