Finance Manager | Fast Growth Sustainable Athleisure Brand | London / Hybrid

Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most exciting athleisure brands on the hire of a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

Built by a passionate team of creatives, former athletes, and sustainability advocates, the business is on a mission to reimagine performance wear for the modern consumer-fusing technical excellence with planet-first design. With sustainability embedded at the heart of their operations, the brand has rapidly built a loyal customer base across the UK, and recently secured significant investment to support the next stage of their growth.

With turnover now scaling into the multi-millions and an expanding omnichannel presence (across D2C and selected retail partnerships), the company is looking to strengthen its finance function with a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager. You'll be reporting into the company founder who is passionate about mentorship, and working closely with the leadership team across all areas of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven, product-led company with a collaborative culture and ambitious growth trajectory. You'll gain exposure to senior decision-making and be encouraged to shape processes, drive insights, and add real value as the business continues to scale.

Outside of work, the team has a great social culture, and benefits include flexible working, study support, and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing.

  • Driving process improvements and contributing to the evolution of finance systems
  • Supporting junior colleagues with transactional finance where needed
