Finance Manager | SME PR Agency | London
Harmonic are delighted to be partnered with an SME PR Agency on their search for a Finance Manager.
Founded in the 80's and turning over £3-5mill, the agency is looking to invest heavily in the finance team over the next few years as they look to grow their highly reputable client base. They are looking for candidates with strong ambition to join as FM, hit the ground running and strategically drive the business through this exciting phase of growth.
They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers, reflected by the work that they produce, their culture, and how they look after their team. They have a fantastic office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office, there is consistently a buzzing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic analysis on budgets & forecasts
- Providing strategic insight to the FD on future growth
- Balance sheet and P&L management
- Overseeing annual audits
- Extensive Ad-Hoc projects to support agency growth
- Be a part of the senior management team to help drive commercial strategy
- Business partnering with key budget holders
- Streamlining finance systems / implementation of new systems within the business
What We Need to See (Essential Skills):
- Creative/Media Agency experience or similar
- PQ or Finalist (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Engaging and excellent communication skills
What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):
- Sole role experience in an Agency
- Experience using Sage accounting software
Salary: £50-60K
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London / Hybrid
