This position is ideal for a qualified finance professional seeking to advance their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing end-to-end accounting practices while overseeing the Management Accountant and Accounts Payable functions of the group.Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Manage the Accounts Team, including AP, AR, and Management Accountants
  • Prepare monthly financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
  • Oversee AP and AR functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Ensure data accuracy in the accounting system
  • Process payroll and approve expenses
  • Perform credit card analysis and complete VAT returns
  • Maintain strong team communication and development
  • Enhance system processes for efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate audit information
  • Complete annual tax filings
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting
The successful Finance Manager will require the following skills and experience:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • 6 years of experience, preferably within the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Must have experience authorising payroll
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with NetSuite Finance is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Concur (Expenses) is beneficial
