- Manage the Accounts Team, including AP, AR, and Management Accountants
- Prepare monthly financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
- Oversee AP and AR functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure data accuracy in the accounting system
- Process payroll and approve expenses
- Perform credit card analysis and complete VAT returns
- Maintain strong team communication and development
- Enhance system processes for efficiency
- Ensure timely and accurate audit information
- Complete annual tax filings
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- 6 years of experience, preferably within the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Must have experience authorising payroll
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite Finance is advantageous
- Familiarity with Concur (Expenses) is beneficial
