As Finance Manager, you will focus on management reporting and FP&A activities working closely with the SLT to support business decision making including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful commentaries and analysis
- Introduce value added MI that allows clarity on project profitability split by brand
- Prepare annual budgets and 3-year financial plan and rolling 15-month cashflow
- Support new project bids and provide commercial finance support for decision making
- Lead a part time bookkeeper who leads on the AP, AR and credit control
- Manage the relationship with the external accountant who supports the payroll, year end financial statements and tax returns
