Finance Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a exciting retail business based in Shoreditch who are seeking a Finance Manager.
Duties:
- Preparing all month end reports
- Responsibility for accurate P&L reporting
- Balance sheet recs
- Assisting the MD with margin checks and commentary on the monthly reports
- Preparing and posting month end journals
- Compiling accruals and prepayments
- Managing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Validating new supplier set-ups / change requests
- Day to day bookkeeping
- VAT return preparation and filing - UK and other jurisdictions as required
- Managing creditors and payments
- Filing returns
- Budgeting and forecasting and model building
- Cash flow building and management
- Ad hoc commercial finance tasks to analyse activity
- Overseeing Ops & Finance Exec on PO raising, invoicing, credit control and reconciliations
Desirable:
- Experience with managing the financial accounting process with independent businesses
- E-commerce/Retail finance experience
- Part qualified/qualified
Salary:
- £55,000 - £65,000
