A Global Independent PR Consultancy based in Central London are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting into an FD this role is managing group reporting.
This is a permanent opportunity with Hybrid working.
Finance Manager - The Role
- Assisting with tracking KPI's
- Liaise with susidiary accountants
- Paprika management
- Budget management regarding all new jobs
- Budgeting and forecasting including revenue trackers
- Ensuring reporting deadlines are matched
- Ad hoc reporting (e.g. preparing turnover figures by department/subsidiary/ other company information for insurance / tender purposes)
- Supervising and supporting junior staff
- Delivering all audit requests on a timely manner
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Review of P&L to ensure correct allocation and completeness.
- Preparation of Monthly journals and posting after approval, this includes prepayments, accrued income, WIP, accruals, billing in advance, payroll and depreciation
- Preparation of Transfer Pricing workings
Finance Manager - The Person
- CIMA or ACCA qualified ideally
- Able to deliver fully reconciled management packs
- Commercial project exposure regarding Work in progress and Revenue recognition / Client profitability
- Able to manage the work of the junior members of the team
- Experience within a media or creative agency would be very preferential
