A leading brand within Property Development is looking for a Finance Manager (ACA/CIMA qualified equivalent) to join their team in central London (hybrid). As Finance Manager you will play an instrumental role taking ownership across a broad remit including financial operations, control and management insight for a key contract and business unit. Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Contract and Business Unit reports/reviews with full P&L analysis detailing project profitability, forecasts and annual planning
- Working closely with various teams including FP&A to support with ad-hoc requests and financial analysis
- Developing effective relationships acting across the business unit and acting as business partner to client teams
- Continuous review and improvements to cash-flow, margins and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency
The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified (equivalent) with prior experience reviewing business units/contracts highly advantageous. The nature of the role will see you travel to various sites (approxmately 1-2 times per month) to develop relationships across the business unit.
