Job Title: Finance Manager

Position Overview: The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company and its associated UK businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company and its associated entities.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance using individual P&Ls for each business.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Head of Finance to determine the division of workload.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and integration.
- Software Integration:
- Address the integration of Deputy software/hardware.
- Bridge the gap between Accounts and HR to streamline processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 40 hours per week (9am to 6pm)
- Location: Fully office-based at 6-8 Hemming Street, London E1 5BL.
