The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and report findings to senior management
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial controls
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes
- Preparation of monthly stock valuation
- Preparation of royalties payable
- Managing finance team

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional, eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable
