TalentEdge are working with a rapidly growing Beauty & Wellness Brand assisting them to secure an excellent Finance Manager.

The business is rapidly expanding, bringing their value of a more sustainable, ethical and human approach to Beauty and Wellness on a global scale.

Reporting to the newly promoted CFO, this is a high-profile role offering plenty of opportunity for to enhance processes from day one.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, with 2-3 years PQE, preferably operating within the eCommerce or Consumer space. Dynamic, fast-paced and a hands-on style will be encouraged. This role is best suited for an individual who wants to make a real impact to a young, growing business.  

The core duties will include:

  • Providing essential support to the Finance Director
  • Ownership of Month end
  • Overseeing cashflow, debt and debt collection management
  • Ensuring full compliance with reporting standards
  • Accurate annual/monthly reporting
  • Managing a Jr Finance Analyst

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Excellent communication when dealing with key stakeholders
  • Confident ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of management accounting principles
  • Proficient in relevant accounting software
