Halliday Marx have partnered exclusively with a Central London based Fintech company in the search for a new Finance Manager.
The role is Hybrid - 2 days in and flexible.
Salary approx £70,000+
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the Number 2 in finance and have 1 report underneath.

Responsibilities
- Monthly finance board report prep
- Departmental cost reports and business partnering with budget holders
- Consolidation of trading company and holding company and non-trading subsidiaries abroad
- Managing a PQ accountant
- Manage the annual audit process with Big 4 auditors
- Implementing process and control improvements
- Own the Xero accounting system
- Review AP, payroll, Balance Sheet Recs
- IFRS revenue recognition
You need to be
- Qualified Accountant (minimum 1 year post qualified)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Have small company experience. Remember this team is only 3 in size.
- A broad skilled accountant across financial and management accountant
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Xero experience would be helpfu
